VIDEOS: Montana Women Vote – Every Vote Counts

Montana Women Vote (MWV) works with low-income women, women in the LGBTQ community, Native women, & allies to fight for health care access, reproductive rights, economic justice, & violence prevention through leadership development, voter engagement, & policy advocacy.

Headwaters Foundation had the opportunity to facilitate a partnership between Montana Women Vote and MAPS Media Institute. MWV leaders and MAPS students worked with filmmaker (and MAPS graduate) Lara Tomov to create a series of short videos that shine light on barriers to voting and share the story of how MWV works alongside low-income women and families so that they can help shape the policies that impact their lives.
