Headwaters Foundation is a steward of community resources.
Headwaters Foundation was created in 2016 to steward resources from the sale of Community Medical Center.
We started by listening. Partners and neighbors told us they wanted support for children, families, and Native communities, and they wanted us to focus on root causes and help organizations work together.
We’re still guided by those early conversations. We listen, build relationships, and invest in the health and wellbeing of our communities. When we support strong organizations and keep trust and community at the center, we move closer to a Western Montana where everyone can thrive.
