She/Her

Ruth Crystal

Go-getter, connector, and conversation enthusiast. Ruth brings a lifelong joy of connecting through meaningful dialogue and a passion for collaborative projects that drive positive community change. She ventured to Missoula in 2010 in pursuit of an environmental studies degree. Since then, Ruth has immersed herself in various nonprofit roles, from youth group home programming to food security fund development. Motivated by a deep-seated desire to bridge the gap between hard-working nonprofits and for-profit business models, Ruth attained an MBA, amplifying her ability to navigate complex challenges effectively. When she’s not in the office, you can find her running through mountain trails, perusing farm stands, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Ruth is your go-to for GO! Grants – general operating support for nonprofits serving kids and families in rural areas.
