Erin Switalski
Organizer, collaborator, believer in the power of great teams to achieve the impossible together. Erin brings more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, organizing and mobilizing for progressive change in Montana and nationally. She has worked in the fields of human rights, affordable housing and environmental health, with an eye toward creating just, inclusive and thriving communities for all people and the planet. At Headwaters, Erin oversees program strategy development and implementation, learning and evaluation, and organizational strengthening supports for grant partners. Erin is a 2020 Terrance Keenan Institute Emerging Leader in Health Philanthropy Fellow and currently sits on the Board for Philanthropy Northwest, a philanthropic support organization serving funders in Montana, Idaho, Washington, Wyoming, Oregon, and Alaska. She holds a very under-utilized bachelor’s degree in Spanish, and in her free time, she can be found wandering the mountains of Montana with her husband and two daughters, preferably with skis on.
