Lincoln County Connections creates a linked, thriving and vibrant Lincoln County for all community members by increasing access to resources, services and information for all communities. Paired with Zero to Five Lincoln County and Lincoln County Kids, Lincoln County Connections is a county-wide collaborative working together with a variety of partners, agencies, and community members to make a positive impact in the lives of families with young children.
